What Happens to Google Chat History After I Migrate from Google Workspace to Office 365?

Unfortunately, Google Chat history does not transfer directly when you migrate from Google Workspace to Office 365. Microsoft Teams does not support importing chat messages from Google Chat, so that content will need to be exported manually if needed.
